Originally from Denmark, I’ve been based in Manchester for over 30 years and have worked as an independent executive coach and facilitator since 2011.
It’s always been about helping leaders make a difference.
Over the past 15 years, I’ve supported hundreds of leaders and teams through thousands of hours of coaching and facilitation. My work has spanned 1:1 coaching, team coaching and group facilitation across a wide range of organisational settings.
I work across the UK across multiple sectors, including:

- Higher Education
My own leadership background includes board-level experience in roles such as Director of Learning and Research and Associate Director of Talent.
Training and Accreditations
I hold a BA (Hons) and an MPhil in Philosophy, alongside extensive professional training as an executive coach.
This includes:
- Foundation training in Gestalt Psychotherapy and CPD in related topics
- Accreditation by the British Psychological Society to use psychometric assessments to personality traits, preferences and behaviors.
- Specialist certifications in MBTI, HOGAN, OPQ, FIRO-B, 16PF, and TKI. I’m also familiar with other tools like Insights Discovery, Strengthsfinder and more – I integrate psychometrics thoughtfully into coaching where helpful.
Quality and Ethics
I maintain regular professional supervision with a senior coach supervisor and occupational psychologist — a vital part of ensuring quality, depth, and ethical practice.
I’m a member of the Association for Coaching and adhere to their Code of Ethics.
Executive Education and Supervision
Alongside my coaching work, I’ve been commissioned to design and deliver postgraduate/level 7 executive education in Management and Leadership. This includes: MBA, MSc/PGDip, ILM and CMI modules.
Since 2020, I’ve also supported other professionals by providing supervision to executive coaches and group facilitators.
