Background and Experience
My work centres on helping leaders navigate complexity, transition and high-stakes organisational environments with greater clarity, confidence and perspective.
Over the past 15 years, I have supported senior leaders and leadership teams through thousands of hours of facilitation, coaching and organisational development work across a wide range of sectors and systems.
This has included work across:

• Engineering and Manufacturing
• Financial Services
• Criminal Justice
My own leadership background includes board-level roles such as Director of Learning and Research and Associate Director of Talent.
Training and Professional Background
I hold a BA (Hons) and MPhil in Philosophy alongside extensive professional training in executive coaching, leadership development and organisational dynamics.
My training includes foundation training in Gestalt Psychotherapy alongside British Psychological Society accreditation to use psychometric assessments and tools including MBTI, HOGAN, OPQ, FIRO-B, 16PF and TKI.
I use these approaches thoughtfully and selectively in service of the individual leader, team or organisational context.
Quality and Ethics
I maintain regular professional supervision with a senior coach supervisor and occupational psychologist as part of my ongoing commitment to ethical, reflective and high-quality practice.
I am also a member of the Association for Coaching and work in line with their Code of Ethics.
Alongside facilitation and executive coaching, I have also designed and delivered postgraduate executive education and provided supervision to executive coaches and facilitators.
